Half Circle Edging

IMG_0606

I created this edging for the bottom of my Button Up For Fall capelet. Note: I needed a bit of a curve in this edging, which simply consisted of doing a shell in a couple of places. I started with 2 rows of mesh: Chain to the length you need.  Turn and slip stitch in each chain DC, ch in each chain across, ch 1, turn DC, ch in each DC across Half Circles: In the second DC, chain 7 Turn the chains so you are working in the back of the chain. Skip the first chain, 2 HDC in the 2nd, 1 HDC, 2 HDC, 1 HDC, 2 HDC, 1 HDC (total of 9 HDC in 6 chains) ch 1 & turn HDC in each HDC of previous row (9 HDCs) You are now a the top of the work again. Chain 5, skip 1 DC and slip stitch into the next DC (HDC in the next ch 1 space HDC in the next DC, chain 7, turn the chain 2 HDC in the 2nd, 1 HDC, 2 HDC, 1 HDC, 2 HDC, 1 HDC (total of 9 HDC in 6 chains) ch 1 & turn HDC in each HDC of previous row (9 HDCs) Chain 5, skip 1 DC and slip stitch into the next DC) Repeat ( ) until your edging is the desired length. If you see any mistakes, please let me know.
